The Bill (Reg. No.4680) determines organizational and legal principles of the acquisition of property right for the power engineering lands, establishment and observance of the legal regime of land use in the special zones of the power engineering objects in order to secure their regular work, reasonable land use, protection of the environment and observance of the environmental safety.
The Bill includes regulations appertaining to the possibility of allotting and using land plots for the placement of power engineering bodies. Thus, the lands can be used for the placement of electricity transfer objects on the grounds of land easement. Moreover, electricity transfer objects can be constructed not only on the power engineering lands, but also on the lands of other categories.
